Doing a woodland bedroom for the girls’ has been a real pleasure. I really wanted one of the cool toadstool stools I’ve seen on Pinterest but in my opinion they are too expensive. This is my Ikea hack version: a Mammut white stool (I was lucky: when I went to Ikea they didn’t have any in stock so I was able to buy the display one for 4$CA) painted red with white spots painted on top. I did prime it first and used a very fine sandpaper in between the coats.
